ACOR's mission is Education for the Arts. Our main focus is that we're trying to inspire and encourage the African-American artist with the visual arts: poetry, writing, theater, entertainment, music, to pursue this type of profession or talent. We want to aid them so that they can become more professional in their field. Each month, we feature a different African-American artist. We show the art, promote it, and sell it. And we also do projects with kids. We do murals. We do anything we can to fulfill their artistic needs.
